Castle Farm Ranch will first and foremost be a school of horticulture and agricultural research center – specially designed to cultivate and harvest organic vegetarian food and explore new forms of nutritional food supply. We will construct a total of 10 ranches. All of our Castle Farm Ranches will produce the food supply exclusively for our organization and its movements. For secrecy and security reasons our fruit and vegetable farms will be located under ground in large plants of horticulture gardens. Secondly, the ranch will be a vocational training center of technology. Youth will spend a year or more graduating from our tech school and preparing to be assigned to a position of employment within our organization or opt to search the conventional job market. Omega Enterprises & Associates will guarantee job placement for all tech school graduates. And third, Castle Farm Ranch is a unique lifestyle and golden opportunity for young adolescents taking a leap of faith to be independent and gain the knowledge, skills and qualifications to achieve such freedom. Our program will target young relationships whose span of togetherness is wagered against a brutal system of economics and finances, and cultivate the importance of relationship building, commitment, integrity, unification of purpose and unconditional love. Relationship building is a major part of our spiritual curriculum. When youths enter the program as partners their behavior in the relationship is judged by the quality and progression of the condition of their relationship. In this way their relationship becomes the key to their success in the program. To reward humans for their development of greater relationship skills is a dynamic incentive for creating more successful relationships. The social aspect of our program is relationship centered. Therefore we support each relationship continuously from the time of their graduation until the relationship comes to an end. After graduation each relationship will receive transportation and housing in the area of their new assignment. If they choose to be employed within the organization they will receive family benefits and maternity services that supports their having children. Our program is an extension of our overall sociology project – attempting to improve the expressions of human nature in all its perimeters.

Life at Castle Farm Ranch will consist of four hours of schooling and four hours of farm work, with two hours of mandatory exercise and fitness development. Night life will consist of scheduled athletic competition; recreation, entertainment and social activities. Each youth is allowed 3 ten days of vacation or a total of 30 days of leave of absence.

Consequences of misconduct are severe! We will readily dismiss any relationship or individual that refuses to comply with the principles, morals and ethics established by the ranch. We sincerely hope that the ideal of this project is so appealing and satisfactory to today's youths that they will gladly comply to our project with joy and enthusiasm.
